Author Engagement & Community Specialist (Remote)

Rakuten Kobo Inc.

Rakuten Kobo Inc. in Toronto is seeking an Author Engagement Coordinator to work with indie authors publishing through Kobo Writing Life. You will balance author care, strategic merchandising, and content marketing initiatives to help authors reach global readers.

This role reports to the Author Engagement Manager and involves collaboration with the KWL Team, analytics-driven content decisions, and growth initiatives for the indie author community.
