Success Architect at Salesforce

Elevate customer success as a Qualified Success Architect at Salesforce. Drive innovative solutions on the Agentic Marketing Platform for transformative marketing and sales experiences. As a Qualified Success Architect, you'll lead onboarding and adoption of advanced solutions for clients, ensuring they maximize Salesforce's capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing and Sales to create scalable pipeline generation strategies. Your role involves designing technical solutions that enhance buyer engagement using Salesforce and various marketing systems. Key Responsibilities:

Lead successful onboarding for customers of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams for strategy design
Implement solutions integrating with Salesforce and automation platforms
Guide customers in configuring AI-powered buyer engagement experiences
Analyze performance data to deliver optimization strategies

Requirements:

5-10 years in Mid Market/Enterprise software
Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Experience with marketing automation systems
Proficient in web technologies and SaaS applications
Bachelor’s degree required
