Les tâches
- Concevoir et développer des mappages EDI pour différents formats, notamment X12, EDIFACT et XML.
- Développer de nouvelles implantations ANSI X12 et les spécifications associées.
- Développer des programmes permettant de traiter les fichiers clients et les données provenant des partenaires commerciaux.
- Prendre en charge les projets d’implantation, du démarrage jusqu’à la mise en production.
- Déployer les nouveaux projets sur les serveurs de production.
- Intégrer les solutions EDI aux progiciels de gestion intégrés (ERP), aux systèmes de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS) et aux plateformes de commerce électronique des clients, notamment SAP B1, Acumatica, NetSuite et Dynamics.
- Analyser et interpréter les spécifications des partenaires commerciaux.
- Prendre en charge les problématiques de niveau 2 liées aux outils de traduction EDI, aux communications et aux mappages existants.
- Analyser les problématiques complexes, en identifier la cause et communiquer clairement les solutions aux clients.
- Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des tests d’acceptation.
- Maintenir à jour les suivis de projets et les feuilles de temps.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
- L'usage du genre masculin n'est utilisé que pour alléger le texte.

Exigences du poste
- Être situé dans l’Ouest canadien et disponible pour travailler selon les heures d’affaires des clients de cette région.
- 1 à 3 années d’expérience pratique en mappage EDI.
- Bonne connaissance des normes X12 et EDIFACT, notamment ISA/GS et les transactions 850, 855, 856 et 810.
- Expérience avec au moins une intégration ERP.
- Être à l’aise avec SQL, XML et les fichiers texte.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication avec une clientèle non technique.
- Anglais courant, parlé et écrit.
- Le français est considéré comme un atout afin de faciliter les échanges avec les membres de l’équipe basés au Québec.
- Expérience avec AS2, SFTP ou VAN, un atout.
- Expérience en intégration WMS ou en commerce électronique, un atout.
- Connaissances en programmation de scripts, un atout.
