As a Bell Attendant you will support the Front Desk Agents by transporting and delivering guests luggage answering their queries and sharing your knowledge of the local area. You may also assist guests in booking activities or excursions offering helpful advice when is a seasonal position April- and Responsibilities: Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage and provide delivery to guest rooms. Share general information on points of interest in the area and services in the as a team player in meeting guests needs and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments when guests with special to group arrivals and departures: ensure all luggage is tagged accurately delivered in a timely manner to guest rooms and picked up for groups and deliver items for hotel safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards the safety and upkeep of guest areas in the indoor and outdoor spaces of the property including the removal of snow and ice and other duties may be assigned to help meet guest and business and Experience: Self-motivator with outgoing personality strong interpersonal communication and commitment to providing a high level of guest service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a customer focused role is an asset.
