Vice President Full Stack Developer

Build Java and React applications at Citi that support financial-risk systems, with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.As a Vice President Full Stack Developer, you will serve Citi’s risk and finance organization. You will build enterprise backend services with Java 17 and Spring, create React features, and design scalable architectures. The work supports metrics for counterparty default exposure and regulatory programs including CECL, GSST, IFRS9, and CCAR.Key Responsibilities:
Build high-performance Java 17 backend services for risk applicationsDevelop responsive React features for internal stakeholdersReview architecture for scalability, performance, and reliabilityDrive critical work streams and oversee delivery outcomesMentor engineers across different experience levelsRequirements:
Six-plus years of engineering experience with technical leadershipSTEM or Finance-related degreeJava 17, NoSQL, Spring, and enterprise backend experienceReact front-end application development experienceREST, Spring Boot, JSON, SQL, and modern build toolsApply full stack engineering, technical leadership, Java, and React expertise to Citi’s risk and finance technology.
