Kong Senior Program Manager Cybersecurity

Elevate global cybersecurity efforts as a Senior Program Manager at Kong. You'll manage diverse cybersecurity programs from the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer, collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate seamless technical solutions. Strong communication and organizational skills will be crucial in presenting complex cybersecurity challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead cybersecurity initiatives within OCISO.
• Define and monitor KPIs for project effectiveness.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams on solutions.
• Communicate technical challenges to leadership effectively.
• Keep up with industry standards for risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Cybersecurity or related sectors.
• At least 5 years in a Technical Program Manager role.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• Strong technical grounding in security frameworks.
