What will your typical day look like?

 

Your role as a Senior at Deloitte will include, but not be limited to, the following:  

• Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits by applying Deloitte’s audit innovations and methodology – you’re not just reading numbers, you’re understanding them .
• Foster strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their businesses, industries, and the opportunities and challenges they face in an evolving environment —  be a trusted advisor.
• Interact and develop global and cross-service line relationships at every level –  build a network that lasts a lifetime . 
• Leverage innovative technologies and data-driven tools while applying critical thinking and professional judgment to identify risks, assess complex information, and uncover insights that matter to clients —  transform information into impact.

You are someone with the following: 

• Has 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience in Audit.
• Has or is actively working towards the CPA designation.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and strong analytical skills to interpret insights, challenge assumptions, identify risks and ask insightful questions.
• Possesses a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and innovation.
• Is interested in becoming a business advisor to clients by building strong relationships, understanding their business priorities, and bringing forward insights that create value beyond the audit.
• Demonstrates curiosity and an innovative mindset by embracing evolving methodologies to enhance audit quality, improve efficiency, and create greater value for clients.
• Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in an evolving environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $97,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
