Remote Salesforce Developer (f/m/x)

We’re a high-growth consultancy that helps modern B2B companies scale through optimized Sales, Marketing & Customer Success operations. As a Salesforce partner, we support ambitious clients across Europe with smart, scalable CRM architectures.
We’re now hiring a Salesforce Developer to help build innovative, robust, and user-friendly CRM solutions.
This position is remote-friendly , and we’re especially welcoming candidates based in Spain .Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
Design and implement integrations (REST APIs, middleware, third-party tools).
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Consultants on project delivery.
Maintain and optimize existing orgs – implement scalable and reusable code.
Write tests and documentation, and share knowledge with the team.
2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Strong in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows
Familiar with Git, CI/CD tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado), and test automation.
Ideally certified (Salesforce Platform Developer I or higher).
Team player, proactive mindset, and strong English skills.
German is a plus, but not required.
Remote-first setup – work from Spain, Berlin, or wherever you’re productive.
