Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing department's initiatives. This includes assisting with the implementation of strategic marketing plans for our projects, managing online promotional programs and collaborating with various internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the effective implementation of our marketing programs. This is an in-office role, requiring the employee to be onsite Monday-Friday and requires a vehicle. There is opportunity for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Marketing Plan Execution: Assist with the execution of project marketing plans to promote our real estate projects and support the sales team. This includes managing online campaigns, working with creative firms to develop marketing materials and sales tools, event coordination and managing third-party vendors to ensure an effective execution of the plan.
• Marketing Budget Management: Assist with the creation of each project's marketing budget, track marketing expenditures and keep budgets updated.
• Corporate Marketing: Assist with managing and creating content for our corporate social media platforms and website.
• Meeting Coordination and Administration: Coordinate and book meetings for the department, attend meetings and take notes, and distribute minutes to clients.
• New Proposal Development: Coordinate the creation of new proposals using our template for pitching new business.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports to assess effectiveness, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education or courses in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva) is an asset

Salary Range : $55,000 - $65,000 per year
