Vos responsabilités :

Prise en charge des billets escaladés et des billets provenant des clients attitrés
Effectuer des visites chez les clients et effectuer des déplacements au besoin dans la région de Toronto
Résoudre des problèmes de niveaux supérieurs selon les procédures internes
Assurer le support logiciel et matériel auprès des utilisateurs
Procéder à la sauvegarde et à la restauration de données
Installer, configurer et administrer des applications
Effectuer l’escalade des incidents non-résolus au niveau supérieur
Faire le suivi de l'avancement des requêtes auprès des clients
Documenter les interventions et mettre à jour l'information dans nos systèmes

Profil recherché :

AEC ou DEC en informatique et au moins 3 ans d'expériences en TI
Connaissance avancée des environnements Windows et d’Active directory et Office 365
Souci de la qualité du service à la clientèle
Forte capacité d'adaptation et d’apprentissage
Sens de l'organisation et des priorités
Posséder un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide
Bilinguisme nécessaire (Francais et anglais)
