Étant en pleine croissance, nous recherchons un T echnicien(ne) informatique – niveau 2 à Mississauga/Toronto pour se joindre à l’équipe et contribuer à notre mission.

Vos responsabilités :
- Prise en charge des billets escaladés et des billets provenant des clients attitrés
- Effectuer des visites chez les clients et effectuer des déplacements au besoin dans la région de Toronto
- Résoudre des problèmes de niveaux supérieurs selon les procédures internes
- Assurer le support logiciel et matériel auprès des utilisateurs
- Procéder à la sauvegarde et à la restauration de données
- Installer, configurer et administrer des applications
- Effectuer l’escalade des incidents non-résolus au niveau supérieur
- Faire le suivi de l'avancement des requêtes auprès des clients
- Documenter les interventions et mettre à jour l'information dans nos systèmes
Profil recherché :
- AEC ou DEC en informatique et au moins 3 ans d'expériences en TI
- Connaissance avancée des environnements Windows et d’Active directory et Office 365
- Souci de la qualité du service à la clientèle
- Forte capacité d'adaptation et d’apprentissage
- Sens de l'organisation et des priorités
- Posséder un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide
- Bilinguisme nécessaire (Francais et anglais)
