Civil Station Engineering Manager

Lead Civil and Station engineering assurance at SYSTRA Canada, combining technical risk management with integrated design reviews in hybrid Toronto work.This Engineering Manager oversees technical delivery across Civil and Station projects within a rail corridor program. You will coordinate Civil, Station, Track, and Railway Systems Project Delivery Teams. The work includes engineering assurance, design risk management, stakeholder alignment, and schedule analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee technical delivery across Civil and Station project portfoliosLead integrated design reviews and resolve project interfacesIdentify technical hazards, design risks, and delivery anomaliesManage stakeholder engagement across program delivery groupsReview Primavera P6 baseline schedules for anomaliesRequirements:
University degree or equivalent in a related engineering fieldMinimum eight years of engineering experienceMinimum five years on multidisciplinary rail transit projectsProficiency delivering Civil and Structural engineering projectsWillingness to travel locally and attend project sitesApply engineering management, assurance, and railway coordination expertise to support SYSTRA Canada’s Toronto corridor projects.
