Responsibilities:
- Lead the backend development team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems.- Work closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Collaborate with system architects to integrate backend services with other software systems.- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services.- Mentor developers and contribute to the team's knowledge base.- Perform code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and maintain code quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- 5 years of professional experience as a backend developer programmer or a similar role.- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on Django and Python.- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.- Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with AWS, ECS, and other cloud services is highly desirable.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Nice to Have:
- SaaS experience- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for deployment and infrastructure management.
