Systems Testing / QA Specialist – Job Summary

This role is a senior QA Automation and Manual Testing Specialist position focused on end-to-end testing, accessibility compliance (AODA), defect management, test automation, and quality assurance across web and mobile applications. The consultant will be responsible for creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, automation frameworks, executing various testing types, and ensuring software quality throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CI/CD testing initiatives and automation execution.
  
• Perform bilingual testing (asset).

• Web, Mobile, and Contact Centre testing experience.
