Your mandate will be to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing or fitting vehicle glass and providing other company services and products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools;
• Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera;
• Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are complied with.
• Adhere to and enforce Belron International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.
• Ensure proper tool maintenance.

What You’ll Need – Your Profile

• Be eager and motivated to learn;
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed;
• Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver’s license);
• Be able to drive company vehicle to complete the tasks independently at the client’s site, where required.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry is an asset.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Results oriented team player with ability to multi task.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule.
• Be willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near your home, when required.

Range of pay for an Automotive Glass Technician is between $25.50 - $31. 90 per hour.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range of pay. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Speedy Glass also offers benefits upon hire and a pension plan (with the option for matching) after 3 months.
