Expected Start Date: October 12, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Victoria Hospital City/Town: Prince Albert Department: Combined Medical&Surgical Intensive Care Nursing Unit Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: Yes Job : The Clinical Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager, is primarily accountable for the system navigation and coordination of patient flow on the nursing unit. This is achieved by the Coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Five (5) years acute care nursing experience
- Supervisory experience is an asset
Education
- Nursing diploma
- Critical Care Nursing certificate (CCN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Current CPR certification
- ACLS training required upon hire
