Director Financial Planning Analysis

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis at Allied, supporting senior leaders through clear reporting and strategic financial insight.As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across Allied’s portfolio and corporate functions. You will partner with Property Accounting, Investments, Leasing, Operations, and other functions to interpret financial and operational information. The role also leads management reporting, scenario analysis, capital planning, and FP&A process improvements.Key Responsibilities:
Lead organization-wide budgeting and forecasting processesDevelop consolidated forecasts and multi-year financial plansPrepare management and Board financial reportingAnalyze variances, trends, risks, and opportunitiesLead capital planning and financial modelling improvementsRequirements:
Seven-plus years in FP&A, finance, accounting, or related fieldsExperience leading teams and complex planning processesStrong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skillsUnderstanding of REIT metrics, including NOI, FFO, and AFFOCPA or another relevant professional designation preferredBring financial modelling, analytical leadership, and business-partnering expertise to Allied’s financial planning and performance agenda.
