As a P&C Business Partner, you define your role as a strategic partner for the business and a key driver of seamless employee experience among your client groups. The execution of this has you partnering closely with your leaders and functional people leaders to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional, and innovative people practices.

You are equally comfortable advising leaders on complex people matters as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver operational excellence. You play a hands-on role in supporting employee lifecycle activities, facilitating job changes, coordinating people programs, and ensuring accurate and seamless administration across P&C and cross-functional partner teams. You act as the primary connector between the business and supporting centres of expertise, driving process execution, mitigating risk, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience s .

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
