Lethbridge Speech Pathologist II Needed

Become a part of the Audiology and Children’s Allied Health team in Lethbridge as a Speech Pathologist II. This position provides a full-time opportunity to work with pediatric patients in a dynamic setting. At Melcor Centre, you'll engage in both independent and collaborative clinical practice while managing various aspects of pediatric care from assessment to intervention. Bring your leadership and organizational skills to supervise staff and contribute to program enhancements. New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive comprehensive support from the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing assessment and intervention to patients
• Manage casework and foster relationships with families
• Guide the development of rehabilitation services
• Oversee students and offer mentorship
• Participate in quality improvement and program development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Registration or eligibility with ACSLPA
• Strong ability to work independently and as a team
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Driver's license and vehicle necessary
