Experienced Payroll Technician Quebec City

Join a leading Quebec-based organization as a Payroll Technician focused on full-cycle payroll processing and compliance. This role is based in Quebec City and offers teleworking options. As a Payroll Technician, you will support HR and payroll operations, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality for approximately 200 employees. This role combines administrative tasks with technical proficiency in Dayforce, requiring at least three years of payroll experience in a unionized environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate payroll data for 200 employees
• Process bi-weekly payroll using Dayforce accurately
• Apply collective agreements and update employee records
• Produce payroll reports and participate in year-end reporting
• Collaborate with HR to provide operational support

• Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience
• DEP or AEC in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in Dayforce is a major asset
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication and priority management skills
