As the Assistant Food Services Director, you will collaborate closely with the Food Services Director to oversee daily kitchen operations. Your role involves supervising staff, managing food orders, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while fostering teamwork and mentoring young leaders to meet the camp's diverse needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support food services team effectively
- Coordinate recruitment and training of seasonal staff
- Foster positive relationships among campers and families
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Administer kitchen operations within the budget
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory kitchen role
- Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse staff
