Industrial Safety and Security Officer

Securiguard Services is hiring an Industrial Safety and Security Officer for operations in Kitimat, BC. Engage in emergency response tasks while enjoying competitive benefits and a signing bonus. As a full-time officer, you will ensure safety within industrial settings via 12-hour rotational shifts. Your tasks will span emergency response, security patrols, compliance maintenance, and more, supported by thorough training and immediate health benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee emergency response initiatives
- Conduct regular security patrols and access control
- Respond to first aid incidents and document appropriately
- Facilitate dispatch operations for coordination
- Participate in specialized safety training programs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Security License (BST preferred)
- OFA Advanced or EMR Certification essential
- Class 3 or 4 Driver's License with Air Brakes necessary
- Certifications NFPA 1001 & 1002 needed
