Project Engineering Section Chief at Bombardier

Lead technical teams in project engineering with Bombardier at our Administrative Centre, Canada. This role involves mentorship and oversight of engineering activities across platforms in a hybrid work environment. As the Section Chief in Project Engineering, you will mentor project engineers and coordinate engineering execution while managing schedules and Statements of Work. Collaborating with integration teams, you will harmonize engineering plans with program milestones, support budget oversight, and manage risks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead a team of project engineers
• Develop engineering schedules and Statements of Work
• Collaborate with platform integration teams
• Manage engineering-related schedule risks and mitigation
• Co-chair the engineering change board

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Aerospace integration
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in project management and advanced computer skills
• Fluent in both French and English
