This full-time role combines floor-based clinical work with administrative management. You will support residents, families, and clinical team members while developing management experience.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily nursing department operationsParticipate in Care Conferences with residents and familiesRecruit, onboard, schedule, supervise, and evaluate clinical staffAssess compliance with policies, regulations, and work practicesApply disciplinary processes with leadershipRequirements:
Current provincial registration as an LPN, RPN, or RPN equivalentMinimum three years of relevant clinical experienceExperience developing resident service plansCurrent knowledge of provincial legislation and care standardsCurrent Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Background CheckBring clinical competence, critical thinking, and compassionate leadership to resident care at Cogir’s Edmonton retirement residence.
