Night Auditor

Job Responsibility:
Night Auditors must have a detail orientated work style, and a positive personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Process invoices, post checks to vendors
- Reconcile accounts
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Must have Opera operating system knowledge
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous working experience with Opera computer system preferred
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing Sales or a related discipline is a strong asset
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional computer skills
- Strong communication skills between guests, management and co-workers
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability in multi-tasking, organization, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, working in fast paced environment with strong attention to details
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers
