Generative AI Developer Toronto
Quantum World Technologies Inc.
Generative AI development meets production LLM expertise in this hybrid Toronto position, requiring prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation skills.
This Gen AI Developer position requires 8+ years of experience and 10+ years in application development. You will lead cross-functional programs in banking or regulated enterprises, apply SDLC tools, and support enterprise governance. The work includes KPI frameworks, Power BI, executive communication, and Kore.ai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production Generative AI and LLM solutions
- Apply prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation
- Lead cross-functional programs in regulated enterprises
- Define KPI frameworks and work with Power BI
- Create steering decks, value narratives, and status reports
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 10+ years of application development experience
- 3+ years leading cross-functional banking or regulated programs
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
