Director of Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet production objectives regarding quality, cost, and safety
• Optimize and organize all production activities
• Adapt to complexities of custom-engineered projects
• Ensure interdepartmental coordination for workflow
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
• Proven experience in operational leadership within manufacturing
• Familiarity with Lean and operational excellence methodologies
• Strong ability to mentor and develop teams
• Analytical mindset for KPI monitoring
