Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Challenger 3500 Captain to join our team. This role requires a skilled leader capable of managing international flights while upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Bombardier Challenger 3500 aircraft
- Conduct international flight operations in compliance with Transport Canada, ICAO, and company regulations
- Lead flight crew and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards
- Preform advanced flight planning, including international procedures
- Ensure a premium client experience for VIP and corporate passengers
- Maintain accurate flight documentation and operational records
- Participate in recurrent training and safety management programs
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid TCCA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
- Valid Canadian Passport
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC (jet experience required)
- Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
- Strong knowledge of international procedures
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible schedules
- Must be bi-lingual (French and English)
Preferred Experience
- Previous corporate or VIP charter experience
- Experience operating in high-traffic international airspace
- Strong familiarity with international flight planning systems and procedures
- Additional language skills considered an asset
