In this position, you'll bring over five years of oncology clinical business analysis experience to support the Provincial Clinical Information Solution. • Gather and analyze oncology workflows and requirements
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement meetings
• Conduct gap analysis and workflow mapping
• Develop comprehensive business analysis documentation
• Support design and standardization of oncology clinical content

Requirements:

• University degree in Healthcare or IT
• 5+ years in oncology clinical business analysis
• Experience with large-scale EHR or CIS implementations
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Ability to travel to New Brunswick monthly
