• Negotiate and draft complex contracts across various sectors
• Deliver legal advice throughout all project phases

• Create and review legal documents, including RFPs
• Assess project risks and recommend solutions

Requirements:

• Licensed in a Canadian province with 3+ years of experience
• Proven contract negotiation skills in construction or engineering
• Strong risk management understanding
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Collaborative mindset with multidisciplinary partners
