As the business continues to scale, Good Neighbour is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of its online channel and help drive the next phase of growth. The Opportunity
The online business is already generating approximately $2M in annual revenue, and Good Neighbour is looking for someone who can take it to the next level.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated e-commerce professional who combines creativity with analytical thinking and is excited by the challenge of growing an online business. You’ll have the opportunity to own the customer journey, optimize the website experience, increase online sales, and help develop the long-term e-commerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the day-to-day performance of the e-commerce business
- Drive online sales growth through website optimization, merchandising, promotions, and customer experience improvements
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and optimize product listings, collections, content, and site navigation
- Oversee website updates and redesign initiatives as needed
- Partner with marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, average order value, and customer retention
- Monitor inventory availability and collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay current on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail
- Experience managing and growing an e-commerce business
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, customer journey, and online merchandising
- Experience with Shopify and related e-commerce platforms preferred
- Comfortable analyzing data and using insights to drive business decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience leading website improvements, redesigns, or digital growth initiatives is an asset
