Responsibilities

• Support equipment planning activities across multiple production stages
• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and equipment readiness for installation and commissioning
• Assist preparing summary reports, presentations, and status updates for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, quality, logistics, and automation
• Learn and apply industry standards and internal procedures related to equipment and process planning
• Collect and organize planning level data for capacity analysis
• Perform capacity and throughput calculations
• Build high‑level models using simulation software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Interest in advanced manufacturing, industrial engineering, or production planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is an asset
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, process flows, or equipment layouts (CAD exposure is a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and documentation standards
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving project environment
• Preferred: Battery Cell Research or Internship experience
• Familiarity with simulation tools is an asset
