Bar Assistant - Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant

We’re seeking Bar Assistants to join us at Three Bears! A craft brewery in a National Park, in a restaurant, in a forest. Complete with a stargazing retractable roof, beer garden & 25-foot pine tree, our restaurant will make you feel like you're dining's outdoors all year round. Our menu features tasty chef-inspired food meant to be enjoyed with beer made here. From the chicken wing to the kale salad, from the hand-stretched pizza to the Alberta striploin, beer has a wonderful way of bringing out the best in everything. Want to know more? What You Have:

• ProServe certification
• Bartending experience is an asset but not necessary—we’ll train you to become a pro in no time!
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Flexible schedule required

Bar Assistants

Bar Assistants are the backbone of the bar, keeping it fully stocked, organized, and running smoothly. They take pride in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone. They excel at maintaining an organized bar, managing glassware, and making sure we have plenty of stock during busy shifts. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for anyone eager to pursue a bartending career in the future.
