Database Developer for Hollywood Projects

Take part in shaping the future of entertainment as a Database Developer on a 9-month contract in Toronto, Canada. This role focuses on database design, advanced SQL, and ETL processes. Join a dynamic team responsible for a large-scale database system catering to the Hollywood industry. You will leverage your skills in MS SQL Server, AWS services, and web technologies like Python and JavaScript. This role requires an independent, self-motivated individual who excels in database management and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement databases on Microsoft platforms
• Write advanced SQL queries and optimize performance
• Maintain and support ETL processes for data sources
• Conduct analysis using Tableau, SSRS, and Power BI
• Provide database administration support for development teams Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in database development
• Proficient in MS SQL Server and SQL queries
• Experience with AWS services, including RDS
• Hands-on web technology expertise (Python, JavaScript, PHP)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills Utilize your database development and technical expertise to drive impactful projects in the entertainment sector.
