Financial Controller Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing financial aspects of the business;

· Developing and maintaining a streamlined process for operations;

· Reviewing accounting activities; and

· Interacting and collaborating with stakeholders including banks, auditor, contractors, business partners and customers.

· Supervise finance staff to ensure accuracy, implement internal controls to prevent errors and fraud, and ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and tax filings.

· Oversee payroll, invoicing, and expense reporting to ensure timely and accurate processing while maintaining efficient financial operations and internal reporting.

· Provide financial training and guidance to department leads, interact with stakeholders including banks, auditors, contractors, business partners, and customers, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Employment Conditions:

· Hourly wage of $55.56 based on 40 work hours per week and 8 hours per day.

· Overtime exempt

Position Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting

· Experience:

o Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting in a leadership role.

o Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management, budgeting and reporting.

o Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

o Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
