Allocation Analyst at RW&CO

Combine your love for fashion and data as an Allocation Analyst with RW&CO. This hybrid position will leverage your analytical skills to optimize product allocations based on sales trends and inventory insights. In this role, you will work with Buying, Planning, and Merchandising teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time. Your experience in retail or related analytical roles will empower you to analyze trends and adjust allocations effectively. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fashion who enjoys delving into data. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales trends and store performance for allocations
- Collaborate with teams on seasonal collections and product strategies
- Adjust merchandise allocations per customer demand and promotions
- Build accurate allocation reports and inventory data
- Review end-season results and recommend improvements
- Degree in Business, Fashion Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year in retail, allocation, or inventory management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Excel and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and organized mindset
