Litigation Legal Assistant Montreal

Support litigation professionals with legal documents and deadline management in an office-first role transitioning to four days onsite weekly.

This Legal Assistant position provides essential legal and administrative support within the legal sector. You will draft correspondence, revise documents, coordinate calendars, and manage litigation files. The work also includes client communication, billing coordination, court filing support, and procedural timeline monitoring.

Responsabilités principales :

Draft correspondence and revise legal documents
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and deadlines
Organize files using Closing Folders and ShareFile
Coordinate travel arrangements and business bookings
Finalize court documents for service and filing

Exigences :

AEC in Legal Secretarial Studies or DEC in Office Administration
Three to five years of relevant experience
Litigation knowledge and skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
French and English bilingual communication abilities
