Senior Talent Programs Advisor

Trans Mountain

Lead enterprise talent programs at Trans Mountain in Calgary, using performance management and career development expertise in an in-office setting.This Senior Talent Programs Advisor supports Human Resources and reports to the Manager, Talent Programs. The position oversees performance management, succession planning, development planning, and career management initiatives. It also advances Success Factors solutions and senior leadership coaching.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, deliver, sustain, and improve enterprise talent programsChampion career management strategy and development initiativesAdvance talent technology functionality with Human Resources SystemsMaintain senior leadership coaching program and vendor relationshipsCreate talent programming materials, presentations, and workshopsRequirements:
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experienceOver eight years of progressive experienceAt least three years designing enterprise talent programsSuccess Factors experience is a strong assetStrong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsApply talent strategy, program delivery, career management, and leadership development expertise as Trans Mountain’s Calgary-based advisor.
