As Executive Director, you will provide operational oversight to align with Eva’s mission, enhancing support programs while advocating for systemic youth‑focused change. Directly reporting to the Board of Directors, you will foster a cooperative culture among senior leadership, prioritizing staff well‑being and community impact.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
