Key Responsibilities: • Lead multidisciplinary track design project teams • Organize design team tasks and collaboration • Verify technical scopes and project requirements • Address critical project issues with external stakeholders • Review shop drawings and support site liaison efforts

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent • Licensed Skilled Engineer in Ontario • Over 15 years of relevant engineering experience • Proficient in rail design standards and codes • Strong communication and mentoring skills
