Revival Gourmet Foods in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, seeks a Controller to enhance financial oversight. This role focuses on cost management, budgeting, and operational efficiency. In this leadership position, you will partner with site leadership to drive profitability through detailed financial analysis and reporting. You will manage the Annual Operating Plan and ensure compliance through effective internal controls, while overseeing cost standards and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes Lead the budgeting and forecasting for the plant Manage product cost standards and billing maintenance Develop metrics to track cost savings and efficiency Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA highly preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience Advanced skills in MS Excel, with proficiency in Office Data validation and insight translation capabilities Ability to travel to the plant on a quarterly basis Utilize your finance leadership skills to drive operations and profitability at Revival Gourmet Foods.
