- Deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reports
- Analyze sales, inventory, and pricing performance
- Develop executive-ready summaries for leadership
- Standardize reporting templates across banners
- Identify and automate inefficiencies in reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance
- 2+ years in merchandise planning or analytics role
- Advanced Excel skills including data modeling
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
