We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to support and grow our business with clients in the mass retail and retail store sectors.

In this role, you will visit stores within your assigned territory to implement promotions, displays, and product programs for our clients. You will ensure that products are well-positioned, readily available, and presented according to established standards.

You will build strong relationships with store managers and employees to provide excellent service and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Responsibilities

Primarily provides sales merchandising coverage and coverage of retail special projects for an assigned territory through in-store execution of our client’s priorities and objectives as set forth by Management to achieve superior in-store results in an assigned territory.

• Handheld reporting
• Merchandising
• Maintaining 100% distribution of existing items
• Ensuring adherence to shelving guidelines and plan-o-grams
• Pricing audits
• Building displays and placing point-of-sale material
• Building relationships with store personnel
• Negotiating product placement
• Communicating client information and selling promotions

Qualifications

• Travel throughout an assigned territory and conduct regular visits to retail stores.
• Meet with store managers to review client priorities, initiatives, and follow-up actions.
• Execute promotions, displays, and merchandising activities according to established guidelines.
• Ensure products are in stock, properly positioned, and displayed in accordance with planograms and store standards.
• Present and introduce new products to store managers during product launches.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and store teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, increase sales, and grow business within assigned accounts.
