Bilingual Salesforce Customer Success Manager

Drive customer value with Salesforce as a Customer Success Manager using consulting expertise and strong Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge. This office-flexible role requires at least three in-office days weekly.As an individual contributor, you will support high-value Signature Success Plan customers, especially financial services organizations. You will align technical goals with business priorities, guide adoption, and address customer concerns. The role combines stakeholder management, platform expertise, and AI literacy.Key Responsibilities:
Own Signature deliverables, customer experience, renewals, and expansionAlign business and technical stakeholders with Signature outcomesDrive Sales Cloud and Service Cloud feature adoptionMonitor usage, risks, incidents, and platform performanceCoordinate internal teams around customer success and revenue opportunitiesRequirements:
Three or more years of relevant industry experience preferredThree to four years supporting Sales Cloud and Service CloudStrong consulting, communication, and stakeholder influence skillsUnderstanding of sales, service, automation, and integration processesSales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferredApply customer strategy, Salesforce platform expertise, and AI literacy to help Signature customers achieve measurable business value.
