Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 CAD + benefits

I have partnered with a global leader in programmatic advertising solutions that is currently one of the fastest-growing companies in North America. They are looking for a passionate Data Engineer to join an elite team of AI specialists.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, developing autonomous agents and sophisticated infrastructure that transforms diverse datasets into human-like outputs and high-impact commercial solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust data pipelines on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Firestore) to preprocess and clean large-scale datasets for AI agents.
  • Open to other cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure or Snowflake/Databricks that are similar
• Agent Development: Work with cutting-edge agent communication patterns (Agent2Agent, MCP) and build skills for LLM-powered systems.
• System Integration: Develop APIs and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) for model-serving and real-time data access.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and domain experts to translate complex data requirements into scalable technical infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Technical Core: At least 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing AI solutions and a deep understanding of MLOps workflows.
• Programming Mastery: High proficiency in Python and SQL, with a strong grasp of data modeling and feature engineering.
• Pipeline Orchestration: Proven experience in developing, monitoring, and orchestrating batch data processing applications.
• Modern Tooling: Familiarity with Git, agile methodologies, and a keen interest in using coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Nice to Haves: Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Terraform, Docker, or big data technologies is a significant plus.
