Servicenow Aiops Solution Architect

Architect ServiceNow AIOps solutions focused on event correlation, anomaly detection, and intelligent IT operations. Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise transformation initiatives.

This ServiceNow AIOps Architect role requires hands-on expertise in AIOps, IT Operations Management, and enterprise service operations. You will translate operational requirements into solution designs, data flows, integration patterns, and technical specifications. The work spans Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and service topology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow AIOps solution architecture
• Design event ingestion, correlation, prioritization, and anomaly detection
• Architect monitoring, observability, cloud, and infrastructure integrations
• Define CMDB and service topology dependencies
• Govern designs through implementation, testing, and stabilization

Requirements:

• Deep ServiceNow AIOps and ITOM architecture experience
• Knowledge of Event Management and operational intelligence
• Expertise with CMDB, CSDM, Configuration Items, and relationships
• Experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Strong architectural decision-making and stakeholder management skills
