Charger Logistics Inc. seeks a Data Scientist to advance machine learning initiatives in fleet analytics. Excel in a hands-on role that leverages AI solutions for operational decision-making.
As a Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and implement production-grade ML models focused on optimizing logistics and fleet performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Cloud and streaming data technologies while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment that values growth and innovative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design production-grade ML models for logistics optimization
• Monitor vehicle health with forecasting models
• Develop ML pipelines using Kafka and RisingWave
• Collaborate on data-driven solutions across teams
• Create dashboards for stakeholder insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years of hands-on ML experience
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries
• Advanced skills in SQL and Google Cloud tools
• Knowledge of anomaly detection and statistical modeling
