- Lead clinical strategy and oversight for medical management
- Collaborate to enhance healthcare quality and patient outcomes
- Build relationships with physicians and community partners
- Mentor physician leadership teams promoting innovation
- Drive initiatives for health equity and access to care
- MD from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in a medical specialty
- Active California medical license required
- 12+ years of clinical leadership experience
- 7+ years with Medi-Cal and Medicare populations
