Lead CNA Canada's Specialty and Programs business from Toronto through strategic vision, underwriting governance, portfolio management, and profitable growth leadership.This executive officer leads Management Liability, Financial Lines, Cyber and Professional Lines, Healthcare, and Programs and Affinity businesses. The Vice President shapes Canadian strategy, strengthens distribution, and partners with Global Specialty leaders. The mandate includes financial performance, risk appetite, market expansion, and underwriting excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Execute CNA Canada's Specialty and Programs growth agendaLead multiple specialty product lines across CanadaSet underwriting strategies, risk appetite, and governance frameworksStrengthen broker, customer, and program partner relationshipsBuild and develop a national underwriting organizationRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related disciplineMinimum 15 years of progressive insurance leadership experienceExtensive specialty insurance and portfolio management knowledgeExperience leading complex portfolios with national scopeStrong executive communication and relationship management skillsBring specialty insurance leadership, underwriting discipline, and strategic growth expertise to CNA Canada's national Programs business.
