Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to provide human feedback for generative AI models. You will assess natural conversation, prompt adherence, quality, and realism across different media. Clear written explanations must identify specific evidence from each evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
- Rank voice responses for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
- Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts
- Inspect outputs for visual, motion, text, and audio errors
- Explain ratings clearly in English using observed evidence
Requirements:
- Fluent English with strong written communication
- Bachelor’s degree pursuit or completion preferred
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews
- Computer, reliable internet, headphones, and quiet speaking space
