Kluane Drilling Ltd , dedicated to providing high quality drilling services based on technical innovation and human talent, is looking for a HR Administrator to join our team. Locations of Work: 27 MacDonald Road, Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Y1A 4L1.
Wage: $30 per hour, plus overtime. Final rate based on expience.
Start Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment : Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week
Duties:
- Conduct advertising, screening (sourcing, checking documentation pre-employment, and reference verification) of applicants based of Supervisor requirements.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring that pre-employment procedures are completed.
- Handle hiring paperwork.
- Manage the employee onboarding and training program.
- Monitor, review, and prepare employee timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Support and preparation of documentation for intra-company processes for foreign workes.
- Assistance with paperwork for new foreign workers at government offices.
- Keep the record, documents and information for foreign workers updated.
- Monitor, review, and prepare employee timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required during the slow season.
Requirements include:
- Driver's license class 5 ( Clean driver's abstract)
- 1-2 years experience in a demanding crewing/recruiting/scheduling role.
- Knowledgeable of Yukon Labour standards.
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks, perform detailed execution of tasks and adapt to a changing environment.
- Understand business processes and functions.
- Willing to work additional hours in busy season (April - October).
